As a frequent traveler for work, I have stayed in countless hotels, but my recent stay at Address Jabal Omar was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They greeted me with genuine smiles and provided top-notch service throughout my stay. The hotel exudes a familiar ambience consistent with the high standards of The Address brand. The rooms were comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the option to choose from a pillow menu for a better night's sleep. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The shuttle service was always available and convenient.

The cleanliness of the hotel was mind-blowing, everything felt super new and fresh. The comfortable bedding and spacious rooms were jaw-dropping. The staff went above and beyond with excellent service and always had a smile on their faces. The location was convenient with a mini bus available for a quick drive to the Haram. The food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing, especially the live cooking station. The value for money was excellent, and overall it was an excellent experience.

It's a truly exceptional brand-new hotel with really kind staff members. Favourable location in Mecca near to the restaurant plus the pasta live cooking station and completely different Mecca and the HHR bus station.

Fairly clean brand-new hotel with fabulously friendly and excellent staff. Modern, big room with a private bathroom and a bidet, terry bathrobes, and shower caps. Magnificent location next to the holy mosque and the restaurant plus the pasta live cooking station and the HHR bus station, could not be better. Useful base for exploring Mecca.

The building and rooms have amazing views, and the location is comfortable and magnificent, right next to the city center.

The units are spotless and tidy, with a great view. The breakfast is delicious and the location is absolutely perfect, being so close to the Haram area. It's also conveniently located near the Grand Mosque and the HHR bus station, making it the hotel of choice in Mecca.

The units were modern and a nice size with a view. Nothing too much trouble and I would like to stay there on the next trip.

Our stay at this newly opened hotel was amazing, the room was pristine and beautiful with a great view, and the location in the Haram area was breathtaking.

We booked an a twin room that was spotless. The room had a refrigerator, coffee/tea making facilities and a writing desk plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, short walk to completely different Mecca and the HHR bus station and more buses. Furthermore, close to the mosque.

Cleanliness - great location close to the mosque - friendly staff, and exceptional service were the highlights of my stay at The Address. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished - with a digital thermometer for easy temperature control. The shuttle bus service was reliable and convenient. Special mention goes to Yousef in the first floor restaurant for his outstanding service.

Convenient Location and Spacious Room

The location here is great, right near the restaurant and with easy access to buses. It's a whole different experience to be in this area. The room is large and comes with a mini bar, climate control, and a personal safe. 🏨

The rooms at Address Jabal Omar Makkah are air-conditioned and provide a comfortable and cool environment for a good night's sleep. As someone who prefers a pleasant temperature while sleeping, I really appreciated this feature. I loved having a desk in my room at Address Jabal Omar Makkah. It was perfect for working on my laptop or just organizing my belongings. It made my stay more convenient and productive. The room also came with a coffee machine, which was a great perk. Waking up to a fresh cup of coffee in the morning made me feel right at home and ready to start my day. Another feature I enjoyed was the fridge in the room. It was handy for keeping drinks and snacks chilled. I could easily grab a cold drink whenever I wanted without having to leave the room. The safety deposit box in the room provided added security for my valuables. It gave me peace of mind knowing that my belongings were safe and secure during my stay. The flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch. It allowed me to relax and unwind with my favorite shows or movies after a long day of exploring the city.

Personally, I found the bidet in the private bathroom to be unnecessary. It's not something I usually use, so I didn't really see the benefit of having it.

Exceptional staff, spacious and well-furnished rooms, convenient location with shuttle service to Haram, amazing food, great value for money.
