It was just a prime choice for a weekend breather in Mecca with decent value for money. The room had a partial Kaaba view which was a nice touch. Consider arriving early to avoid long wait times for check-in.

Great stay with good views!
The room was super clean and comfy for two, but the walk to the Haram was a bit long, took around 15 mins. Breakfast was kinda the same every day, so that could've been better. Loved the quick room service though, and the views from the room were amazing for praying!

missingWrote a review on Nov 01decent viewconnected towersvariety facilitiesconfusing layout
The hotel features two connected towers for added space, allowing for a variety of facilities if you can navigate them effectively.
Navigating the hotel's layout can be perplexing due to poorly labeled lifts, often making it a challenge to find your room. Access to the Grand Mosque isn't straightforward either. the shuttle buses drop you at a location that requires additional lifts and walking through malls. Additionally, the restaurant experience left much to be desired. service was slow and my order never arrived, and the food quality doesn't set the bar high. While the refrigerator in the room struggled with cooling, leading to spoiled dairy products over time, the overall restaurant and room service level feels merely average.

Staying here for a family pilgrimage was a delightful experience. The staff provided exceptional service, especially the reception team, who went out of their way to arrange a birthday cake for my family member's special day. The Deluxe Room with a city view was comfortable and offered a tranquil atmosphere after long days at the Grand Mosque. Although the location is a bit farther from the Haram than some other options, the shuttle service seemed convenient for those who needed it.
